Happy Friday! Today we are being met by the ogres, and I will confess to a level of confusion and even feeling scared when I first began to channel with these mythical beings. Yet, the ogres came in peace.
One of the common lessons I keep experiencing with our Christmas countdown is just how misunderstood the various mythical beings humans have worked with is. Our mythologies paint creatures into two categories – good or evil; helpful or harmful. When in reality, all beings are so much more complex, and the ogres are no exception. They too are here to provide us insight into life.
To guide my way, a specific ogre connected with shamanism stepped forward to guide me in understanding the nature of these mythical creatures. Because their nature is directly connected with the manifestations of Young Souls.
Soul Ages:
We are all born of the ALL. A spark of Creation acts as the seed to our existence and rooted within that spark are the gifts of Creation, like free-will, as well as the designs of Spirit, like the Anahata (heart of Creation). Over the course of eternity we utilize our freedom as well as the support of our interconnectedness to live. We incarnate into various realms and live on different planets, trying out the different species of existence. Yet, there is a level of structure involved to our adventures.
“Each soul is a certain age: Infant, Baby, Young, Mature, and Old, which are divided further into seven levels. Soul Age identifies how old we are on this planet, not how many planetary cycles we have experienced. Even if you are a very old soul planetary-wise who came out of the Tao, [the ALL of Creation],…you still will start out as an Infant on each new planet you choose to live on. Each and every soul must go through all the stages of maturity, with each level consisting of several lifetimes. You remain at that level until you achieve all the goals necessary to move to the next level. An Old Soul is no better than a Young Soul – we all have gone through these ages – just as all of us have grown from childhood to adult. A soul age can never regress – only move forward.” ~ Lin, Micheal Chart reader
Michael Charting:
Michael is a spiritual teacher whose teachings were channeled. This work has enabled us to learn about the nature of souls throughout Creation. Essentially, we come to a planet and decide to experience that world. We select a role, such as: sage, scholar, king, etc. Then we proceed to advance by living out lifetimes on that planet. Growing from Infant into a level of wisdom and experience where we are not only Old souls, but achieve that karmic enlightenment at times known as nirvana.
The tool of getting a Michael chart provides us insight into where we are. Not only our soul age, chosen role, mode, challenge, etc. but also where we are in our development at this time. While we progress forwards in our learning, each lifetime begins in Infancy. No matter the age of our soul on this planet, each incarnation begins at the beginning and we progress forwards until we reach out present soul age, then we keep learning and working to grow. To check out more about Michael’s teachings, here is a resource. (They offer readings, I did not get mine from them, so I can’t say how detailed they are.)
Young Souls:
At one time, we have all been manifesting a Young Soul personality. For some of us, we outgrow this personality as we age, because our present soul age is higher. But for a great many people on the planet right now, they are Young Souls. As a result, they will be manifesting these personality traits for the majority of their lives.
“Young Souls need to impact the world; to leave a mark of their existence. They are driven by the need to succeed. They strive for a good education, preferable at an Ivy League University, then to become rich and famous. The desire to have a million dollars by age 30 is pure Young Soul mentality. But they want to do it for themselves, to be independent. They are hard workers and often career driven. The United States is currently a Young Soul nation. You can see in television and advertisement. Young Souls identify with their bodies and they strive for perfect, young-looking bodies. They will work out in gyms, jog, or do marathons to keep in shape. If they have self-esteem [wounds], they will do anything to stay young, including plastic surgery and body enhancements. They usually regard death with fear. Young Souls are all about themselves. Their mantra is “me” – it’s all about “me.” Around 25 lifetimes are needed to complete this age. Donald Trump, Madonna, Joan Rivers, Cher, and Arnold Schwarzenegger are Young Souls.”
How Ogre’s are a Vibrational Match to Young Souls:
When we look to the history books we find ogres described as beasts. They are aggressive, violent, and even cannibalistic. The myths talk about them pre-dating humans in Scotland, their connection with giants, and even their relationship with the Nephilim. Considered monsters, they are related to the Oni who we worked with earlier in our countdown. Again, another misunderstood mythical being.
Like Young Souls, ogres demonstrate self-interested personality traits. Their “cannibal” behavior is more metaphorical, in the act of draining the energy of others for sustenance. In the ancient myths, the ogre’s behavior was a vibrational match to people both young and old who drained others. But just because this can be an unpleasant feeling, it doesn’t mean all this behavior must be condemned to “monsters.”
Due to the blessing of the Anahata, true evil doesn’t exist everywhere. Yes, there is evil in this world. But ogres are mythical creatures, from another realm. However, since there are many teachings that shape people’s perception of an inherit badness/wrong to humans, it can be hard to see evidence of the Anahata at times.
The Truth of Ogres & Young Souls:
Ogres and Young Souls are at a point in their development where they are self-absorbed. They do drain their parents and other adults for sustenance, like children do. Their need for being nurtured and cared for, even as they push back in an attempt for independence and paving their own path – these behavioral traits don’t necessitate evil or malicious intent.
However such behavior can be scary for others. Because they display a one track mind. They are going to do their thing and not care or even notice what others feel or want. There is a lack of realization about the impact of being interconnected or how ALL life is sacred. This results in the occasional ignorant cruelty, as opposed to intentional cruelty.
This is where we need to perceive the situation without condemning humans in general. With the Anahata and that fact that we are souls, living a human experience, it means that we aren’t wrong or a sin for merely being born. It means that not all painful acts are intentional evil. Think of it like an innocent child calling someone fat. For the child, they made an observation or think they merely spoke the truth. While painful, the pain is less than when an adult knowingly says the same thing.
In this instance, Young Souls are in many ways ignorant. They just don’t see how their lives impact others. They don’t get it, or they think that their goals are completely justified. Therefore, whatever important goal or work they do justifies their manners and behavior. You only need to look at people during the 60’s in American to see this one-track-mind in action.
Between the feminine movement, Civil Rights movement, anti-war, or even the impact of rock-n-roll which came before, in these instances we witness a single-minded focus that hurt a lot of people. Like extremism, there is an attitude that the message is so correct and important, that people who aren’t signing up right away can be yelled at or worse. We all must experience life to outgrow this ignorance and the accompanying limitations.
The “And” Consciousness:
As we discussed when the fairies stepped forwards a few days ago, the “and” consciousness is a way of looking at the world through a perception that balances our humanness with the bigger picture of souls, realms, and cosmic design. Where we don’t discount one perception just because the other is true as well.
When we are able to balance our life’s perception between both realities, we can bring strength and compassion to the difficult situation. For example:
1- Human: As human beings we can acknowledge the challenge of Young Souls operating in the world. The inability to reach them as they impact the world can be frustrating. Like working the with ogres, it can be scary.
2- Soul: At the same time we can acknowledge that the presence of Young Souls shows just how much of a structure and design there is within Creation. Our soul purpose, soul contracts, and even the progression through soul ages teaches us just how well supported not only our personal lives are, but our collective as well.
Through this comprehension of existence, we can find compassion and tolerance in our hearts for Young Souls. We were Young Souls at one time and we all manifested Young Soul behavior during our adolescence. If you’re reading this and it sounds like you – this greater insight into where you are in your soul’s progression can help you to navigate life better. (At least that was my experience.) Knowing where we are, what we’re working on, and where we’re going, as well as how we learn and operate can help us moving forwards.
Lastly, by not only acknowledging the impact of the structure for our souls, but the greater impact of this structure, we can see that as crazy as life seems, there is a plan and design at work. The great many Young Souls here on the planet right now, was and still is supported by Spirit. There is a method within the madness of the world. We also have a guarantee that through time, there will be growth, development, and even healing taking place. There is the blessing that we as souls and our world here on Mother Earth will improve. Those apocalyptic books and movies are not actually what is written for this world’s future.
Thank you to the souls who have stopped by today, to learn a little bit more about the nature of ogres and Young Souls. I myself learned a lot and came away less scared. Who knew ogres were so young? I look forward to seeing you guys tomorrow as we meet a new mythical creature!
