15 Days Till Santa – Fairies & the soul

Greetings and welcome to another day of mythical beings as we count our way down to Christmas! Today we are blessed to spend time with the fairies as we talk about just who we are. What follows will be a breakdown of what a soul is, how it works, and how it relates to who we are today. These are my beliefs, based upon my experiences and research, you’re not required to agree with me (consider this our disclaimer).

The Soul:

To understand the origins of the soul, let’s quickly re-cap Creation as we discussed it at the beginning of our countdown. Life began as: ALL. From this big blob of everything an awareness was born – Spirit. Along with Spirit there was curiosity which triggers an expansion – Creation.

From the blob of ALL, strands start to shoot off and form specific places, things, and souls. Creation begins, gifting us not only places like the Fairy Realm or Earth Realm, but also characteristics. Since the ALL has a heart (the Anahata), this unconditional love has influenced all that has been created. Not only giving each of us a heart, but also gifts like free-will, support, abilities, etc.

Elements of Our Soul:

Firstly, we are a soul. We presently have a human body. We cannot lose or have our soul taken; we can only lose our human body. I know that this understanding might challenge some of the messages you’ve been exposed to, so follow along as we break down how this works… to describe our soul, let’s consider it like a lotus flower.

We all begin from Creation. So at the center of our soul is that spark and the influence of the Anahata. (The red part.) Very quickly we become unique individuals. Since we have eternity, we are gifted the ability of reincarnation. Where we can spend our eternity living in various realms, going through soul ages (young to old) on each planet we live on, and acquiring skills and personality traits (the golden part.)

Each life is like reading a book or going completely through a character-based video game. The incarnation we have is full and real for us. Yet, a single petal on our soul. (The black part.)

The Soul & Our Present Humanness:

While we are each souls, we are presently incarnated into this human body for our personalized human experience. (The white part.) Yet, this human life begins with our soul.

As a soul we decide or we get asked to incarnate into this crazy world – Mother Earth. We agree, then based upon our desires and how they relate to others, we make a plan: a soul contract. The expression of our soul’s free-will shapes a plan for our life, lessons, and support; becoming what we know as destiny.

But once we’re born, for most people the soul grows quiet and the human ego takes over. Continuing to utilize the gift of free-will to navigate our lives to the best of our abilities.

Ego:

Our ego has not been and will never be our enemy. Sorry, but our ego is the vehicle which enables us to have awareness and even access awakening. Ego like all things in this world expresses polarity. The shadow or lower aspects of ego are what is commonly known. But since ego is part of the human being, it also has the higher or healthier aspects as well.

Through ego we have an awareness of self and we also find a voice. This voice enables us to create beauty, such as art and music. Ego is our vehicle of individualism and expressing that unique person we are. Due to the complex but necessary role ego plays in each of our lives, we are encouraged to not fight but rather love and embrace our ego.

To love our ego doesn’t mean we allow our ego to engage in unhealthy behavior. Our ego would use fragmentation and even anxiety as coping mechanisms in life if we let it. But our ego would also inspire and drive us to greatness. Which means we develop a relationship with our ego, talking to it as we would with a friend. Asking to for help changing certain behaviors, expressing concerns, and also thanking our ego for helping us.

The “And” Consciousness:

When we acknowledge the dual nature of our ego, it is important that we begin to live life from an “and” consciousness perspective. In psychology we can see the reality of humans seeing life in many ways through the term “cognitive dissonance.” Where we hold two opposing viewpoints at the same time. This ability to hold two viewpoints at the same time becomes very important as we integrate an awareness of our soul into our lives.

The Soul – The Higher Self:

Our soul carries knowledge, experiences, and even skills that we don’t presently have. Which is part of the cosmic design of Mother Earth, because we wouldn’t need to re-learn that 2+2=4 each time we incarnated here if we got to remember each lifetime. As a result, our human self is different from our soul and our soul goes beyond this life.

The totality of our soul coming from this detached perspective is like a spirit guide – a higher self watching and guiding our human selves. Imagine it like playing video games, the soul is the one with the controller, sitting on the couch, applying all this worldly experience to how the avatar (us humans) behave in the game.

But unlike video games, we are not cut off from the realities of this world. We are human, in many ways that supersedes us being souls.

The Human Being:

We as humans can be very similar to the overall personality of our soul or we can be going through our “goth” or “punk” period, where this life is very different from who our soul has been in the past. Remember, when we have eternity, spending 100 years trying out a different personality trait is reasonable.

Due to the dominant reality of being human, this is who we are right now. We are a soul, who has designed a life for ourselves here on Mother Earth. We have incarnated and are now using that soul ability of free-will to navigate this life with the aid of a “higher” or rather broader perspective of reality.

The “and” consciousness becomes critical here, because it enables us to balance the two truths we have. The truth that as a soul, this life is one piece of our overall personality. Enabling us to have a certain level of detachment, like playing a video game. If we fall in the game we’re sad but not heartbroken.

And…we are human. If we fall it hurts! If we align with our soul purpose and pursue our desires we experience the uplifting wave of fulfillment!

We are both. To live authentically is to acknowledge that one part of our reality does not cancel out the other. Each petal upon the lotus flower of our soul is critical in creating the full picture of ourselves. Even if that one petal holds the entire life history of this or past incarnations.

The Fairies & Living With this “and” Perspective:

The fairies have joined us today to share this insight into our identity partly because they themselves are a very diversified being. From dark fairies, to fairies connected with different seasons and skills, they are as unique as we humans are.

They have also stopped by because my soul has spent a long time living in the Fairy Realm, when I’m not incarnating here on Mother Earth. So, to show you how we can integrate the knowledge of our soul into our life, here’s my example…

Identity:

As humans we come into this life imperfect. We are here to learn, grow, teach, and experience. This human experience means that we are not static. Change, evolution, and transformation are innate qualities to the movement of life. It is in stagnation that we discover suffering and illness.

Therefore, our identity has different layers that change over time. If we anchor ourselves in the ephemeral, we stop wanting to change and evolve. Even if it means staying sick and in pain. But when we anchor our identity as being souls, having desires that shaped this life (soul purpose + soul contract), and values inherent to who we are…we can safely and even actively engage in transforming our lives.

The Magic of Human:

When I consider myself, I think in terms of ego. I am Rae.

Part of being Rae is acknowledging the past life memories and how they have shaped my personality. So, for me, my soul is very relevant to my identity and life; I’m not presently going through my “punk” phase. Another part of Rae is tapping into my spiritual gifts, these soul gifts – psychic abilities, channeling, and even healing.

Then there is the binding, driving, and truest part of my present – my humanness. Who I am, as seen through this “and” consciousness allows me to own, accept, and utilize these parts of me.

Each of us is a miracle in Creation. Our soul a unique expression. and… We as humans are also a miracle. To manifest us, the Earth Realm had to dedicate resources, energy, and time. To create our human form, which enables our souls to be here, meant… 2 parents, 4 grandparents, 8 great-grandparents, on and on, all the way to 4,096 10x-great-grandparents.

We are energetically, biologically, genetically, and even karmicly influenced by 14 generations worth of ancestors. Our bond to this world, the magical reality of us being born encompassing: when, where, how, and to whom. Each person is that essential in the eyes of Creation, Spirit, and the Earth Realm.

Conclusion:

We matter. We are already loved, wanted, supported, protected, and gifted. As souls we are empowered to influence the life we lead. Within Creation we are supported to pursue our dreams, these soul desires that point the way to fulfillment and joy.

To live authentically means living our truths. The things we desire and value – that’s our present truth. By being real, we can be seen, known, loved, and express ourselves in this world.

Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to seeing you guys tomorrow!
