21 Days Till Santa – Unicorns & Healing

Happy Wednesday! Today, we have the “mythical” unicorns galloping into our lives. They are here to bring us the gift of unicorn magic for some deep healing.

The unicorns are unique beings, because they resonate at a frequency of purity. Offering up the antidote of healing, freeing us from entanglement, and have been known throughout history as symbols of grace and courage.

Their presence with us today is to introduce that energy frequency into our life. As a result, during my channeling and work with them, the unicorns shared with me a healing technique that we can implement to tackle those seemingly impossible transformations.

The Nature of Healing:

Before I share the specific technique that the unicorns shared with me, let’s go over a quick understanding of what it means to heal and how we heal.

“Healing is to experience the opposite.” ~Teal Swan

When we consider healing, we are dipping into the nature of Creation. The fact that we can heal indicates the nature of Spirit and our design. Being able to heal without fixating on it 100% of the time, as demonstrated by our body healing a cut even as we live and sleep, indicates that life has been designed to improve. Recovery, adaptation, evolution, transformation – these are all a part of the human experience.

When we expand our concept of healing to include unicorn’s magic, we also learn that healing isn’t a thing of this world, but part of Creation’s collective nature. Healing is for humans, Mother Earth, the cosmos, realms, and ALL of Creation.

From our expanded understanding of how healing is a design of Spirit, we discover reason to hope. The possibilities in life are real. We also learn that our human selves are not designed to be our enemy. That we can be safe, supported, and loved by the human incarnation we are presently living in.

The Five Elements of The Human Being:

While healing is something we can experience throughout all of Creation, when it comes to healing for us as humans there are few elements that we must address. Since humans are more than just their body, to achieve full, deep, profound, and lasting healing we must address the five elements of ourselves.

Body:

We begin this incarnation as bodies, growing and developing within our mother’s womb. To heal our body we must work with the truths of our species. Eating, sleeping, stretching, and moving are all necessary for well-being.

Just as when our body heals a cut, our body works super hard to support our desires. When illness, ailment, or pain arise it is never our body treating us as an enemy. Rather, our body is trying to help us, is too tired, or has run out of resources. To be a partner to our body (self-care), we offer care in maintenance and also support when our body is hurting. Sometimes we are capable of doing this on our own, but other times we need to ask for help.

Mind:

We are more than just our body. We have thoughts, opinions, and this internal world happening. As a result, our mind is not only a part of our human experience, but an element that needs our care and support. Just like our body, our mind is not motivated to hurt us. That doesn’t mean we don’t come up with some very silly and at times hurtful and foolish thoughts – there are definitely things we need to unlearn.

Bringing healing to our mind is necessary for full healing. There are many ways we can help heal our mind: unlearn false understandings, expand our knowledge, seek guidance (therapist and even wise elders/teachers), open up to the self-talk happening within.

Our thoughts, perceptions, and life happening within our mind starts being shaped all the way back in our infancy. When we’re three months old we’re not aware of so many things about life, human dynamics, and the real reason things are happening. Our mind is not our enemy. If we’re hurting that means there is something broken, and just like a broken bone we need to bring help and healing.

Heart:

If we were merely bodies with minds, we would be clear, direct, practical, and pragmatic. Concerns such as illegal activity, wars, and environmental wounds would not be rampaging across the globe. All this means that we are more than just bodies with minds. We have feelings.

Emotions are sometimes the most misunderstood and misinterpreted parts of ourselves. Feelings are messages about life, perception, and experience. Like balloons they float up into our consciousness and will not leave until we witness, accept, address, feel, and then let go. Like waves of the ocean, humans are designed to feel the emotions as they come in. but not to retain our feelings, as they are designed to wash out again.

But when we are unable to, don’t know how, or are overwhelmed by emotions we stop the waves from coming in and going back out. Since we hold onto them, they stay and must take residence within us. While we can’t touch our emotions they are still a part of reality. The energy frequencies remain within us and settle within our organs. However the human body isn’t designed to hold emotions forever.

Our body can hold emotions for us, to buy us time. To get to safety, process the ones that came before, or get the help we need to be guided through them. But eventually the weight of these emotions can turn sour and literally sour our health. Not just our mental health, but if stress (a minor emotion) can raise our blood pressure what is fear, worry, resentment, hope, joy, and love doing to our body?

When we discuss healing we need to acknowledge the various parts of ourselves. If you’re feeling like the list of problems is only growing, I encourage you to shift your perception. We have not complicated our healing by adding in mental and emotional health, we have shone a light on the answer. Now deep, full, and lasting healing can happen. You now (if you didn’t before) know how you can bring greater healing into your life; to ease your pain and live a better life.

Will:

There are two more elements to the human being which impact our safety, freedom, and health. The will or spirit that we have determines: freedom, power, and our will to live. In life we are souls who chose to incarnate into this human experience. Part of our will is that soul. Connecting with our gift of free-will and soul purpose/desires. The additional part of our will comes from this human life – our mind + heart.

When we’re talking about healing, we need to acknowledge just how powerful and thus, responsible we are for how healthy we are capable of becoming. Due to the fact that we are free, our movements, mind, and emotions are our choice – we get to decide what sort of life we live. We decide if we take our medicine, ask for help, implement the healing tools we learn, and also give ourselves generosity and compassion.

Humans are not here to be perfect. We are born ignorant and therefore we live a blend of learning, making mistakes, and always having more we can evolve into. Therefore, part of healing is not only wanting to (spirit), doing the work (will), but also being kind to ourselves (self-care/self-love).

As I discussed earlier, our body, mind, and heart are not our enemy. They are supporting, helping, guiding, and attempting to love us to the best of their ability. We can improve the quality of this support by supporting our body, mind, and heart too. This is where our will, those free-will choices come into play.

Choose to stop being at war with your present, past, and future health. War creates a battle zone, a fight, destruction, and depletion. Instead, choose kindness, compassion, loyalty to yourself and remove the added hardship of self-criticism. That’s healing.

Faith:

As I keep mentioning, I am a believer in the soul. I personally believe that we are souls with a human body. We are souls who have chosen to incarnate here onto Mother Earth. Therefore, I am also acknowledging a belief in something beyond me. No matter what your faith is – your comprehension of reality is a part of the human experience.

For some people, the sacred is family. For others it’s an ideal like democracy. Some devote themselves to reason and the scientific world.

As human beings, we are a social species. We do not do well alone. We need community, connection, and more than just a few people. This connection expands past us into stories and ideas of who we are, why we are here, how we got here, and what life is all about.

Our faith determines what we believe is possible, how we behave, and how well we can heal. So, what do you believe?

Healing With The Unicorns:

Now that we all share the same understanding of the various elements that we are bringing healing to, now it’s time to learn a new healing method. As I mentioned, unicorns are massively magical and powerful when it comes to healing. Their purity, strength, and essence of freedom are these pure vibrations. Therefore, we can introduce these energies into our system on a vibrational level, to bring radical change and deep transformation to our being.

Working with the unicorns, they shared with me a way we can invite them to heal a specific wound within our lives. These wounds must be: personal (doesn’t work for someone else) and match their pure vibration. As a result, we must have a healthy intention. Not only a wound but also a reason why we are asking for healing.

What wound are you ready to ask for help with?

The Steps:

To begin with, pull out a piece of paper and pen. Then right down… “Blessed unicorns, I ask that you bless my healing. I am seeking __________. Because ______________.”

Be clear about what you are seeking help with. Body, mental, emotion, will, faith, situation, relationship, danger, etc. Then be direct about why.

The “why” is the most important component when we start doing energy or magical healing techniques. As we begin to work with vibration, our intentions have a direct impact on our ability. So if our intentions are unhealthy, harmful to ourselves or others, or are unclear – our healing is watered down and less potent.

Healing is not only the breaking, harm, or trauma of something, but our wound persists because of roadblocks/resistance. For our body that might mean being low in blood or nutrients. For our mind, a lack of necessary knowledge to replace unhealthy messages. Answering why you want this healing helps you to bring your intentions into a vibrational match to the unicorns potent miracle energy. This energy can literally wipe a slate clean and erase the roadblocks to your healing. Then all those other tools you’re using (vitamins, learning, help, prayer) become more effective.

Once you’ve written your letter to the unicorns, inviting and asking for their help, roll the paper into a horn. By folding the bottom at an angle, then rolling from the top corner.

Lastly, get to a safe place and with prayer and reverence, burn the paper. Starting at the tip and holding the horn at the bottom. You want to keep the bottom open, as this will allow the smoke a place to escape rather than suffocating the fire at the top.

Hold onto the horn for as long as you can. Spending the time thinking about the unicorns, talking to them, or thinking about your healing. When you’re done wash away/throw away the ashes and thank the unicorns for helping you. Then go forth doing what you can for yourself (body, mind, heart, will, and faith).

Conclusion:

You have a right to healing. Creation has been designed to support it. Healing is not waiting for the worthy, entitled, or important – healing is for ALL. I wish you blessings with the healing you have asked for. And I look forwards to seeing you guys tomorrow, as we meet a new mythical being and discover what they have to share and say.
