I believe.
There’s a point in our lives when those two words get abandoned.
- When we find out Santa isn’t corporeal and leaving presents under our tree.
- When the “modern adult world,” tells us to, “grow-up.”
- Or when life unveils herself in all her complicated beauty.
When playground disputes no-longer weigh as the heaviest problem in our life.
Believing is easy, when the life we know is free and happy.
Believing in hope, love, compassion, forgiveness, and happiness during the times…
- when our heart is broken,
- when things don’t go our way,
- when we don’t understand,
- when the complexity of living, loving, and life seem to be so much bigger than we are.
Believing- isn’t easy then. But it is possible.
I thought long and hard about Christmas. The Christmas Spirit. What they mean to others, and what they mean to me. For me, put simply, the Christmas Spirit is what we create.
The reality is, we choose this. We choose to celebrate, to give, and to love. The Christmas Spirit doesn’t just exist when the clock strikes midnight on December 1st. It comes into being because we manifest it. The choices we make. How we choose to think, act, feel, and live. The energy we send out creates our Christmas Spirit, our reality.
The reason that the Christmas Spirit becomes palpable is that we all manifest it. Think about it. We as a nation (the majority of us) all decide to celebrate Christmas. To cultivate, honor, and live the life of joy and cheer. All of us influencing our reality, amplifies this spirit until we can feel and taste it. Until we know that the Christmas Spirit surrounds us.
How do we create the Christmas Spirit?
- We make choices that promote peace and joy.
- We cull out the negativity and toxicity in our life.
- We influence energy.
As the holiday season comes alive I ask that you look around you. What are you doing to promote or hamper the Christmas Spirit? What are others doing?
The Christmas Spirit possess many layers and these layers shift to represent us and who we are. During this season, help the world. Help yourself. Because we don’t need to live in pain or fear. When we as a nation work towards this Christmas Spirit we change the course of the Universe.
