July 2026 Collective Reading – a time to look at our connections

Greetings Chickadee!

When you see the word “environment” – what comes to mind?

For some, it illustrates itself in the form of trees and animals. For another it might take shape as house or office. In either case we are considering the physical space in which we live. This word, environment, is one that will be accompanying us throughout this new month.

At the start of the year, my channeling forecast brought forth Spider Woman to work with us. A Navajo teacher of harmony between people and the land; her presence emerges once more to guide us through July.

Take a moment to consider the nature of a spider’s web, and you will begin to envision the focus at this time. When a spider sets about weaving its web, the first consideration it must make is: What does the environment look like?

Are they building among the tree branches? What about up against a man-made structure? Up in the corner, down near the ground within the grass, or deep inside a nook?

When we set about to build a life we desire, we never do it alone. We are interwoven with Creation; the ecosystem of life means that the choices of others can impact us. This interconnected state can mean danger and protection. It means that when we go about manifesting what we want, we need to consider the environment.

If we want a big career, are you around people who support study, late night overtime, and even occupied weekends? If we want to commune with nature on a daily basis – are you living near nature? How is your physical and relational environment supporting, impacting, and even teaching you? (Or is it time for a change?)

The year 2026 is a Universal 1 Year energy, a vibrational force which sees us planting seeds for the next ten years. Like a spider weaving its web, we must consider the environment we are placing ourselves in.

Ask yourself to complete this statement: I want _________, to have, to keep, to grow.

Whatever your answer is, in relation to people, places, work, or hobbies – spend your time there. Place yourself in the environment of what you want and do your best to treat that land well. To leave things better than how you found them.

At the Gottman Institute, they study relationships. Taking a look at what works, what is needed, and what can damage sustained connection. One of their biggest teachings is the concept of “turning towards.” Essentially, showing up for the people who matter to you.

In life when we seek connection, we make “bids.” Sometimes as simple as, “hey, look at this spider web.” To more complex bids, where we gaze with sorrow in our eyes – seeking comfort when words fail us. Within these small moments, we have an opportunity to strengthen our bonds. To build trust. To keep what we have and grow towards a future.

We are interconnected – a state of integration or union. This unity is important because, love in its most pure vibrational essence, is one of union. Where we learn to take another as a part of self. Where their needs, interests, input, and feelings matter to us.

We take them into consideration when we decide where we will weave our web of life, how we will do it, what shape it will take, and who will get housed there. We’re listening for those bids. And making the choice to answer them, to turn towards and lean in – to connect. Like taking a small thread of a spider’s web and attaching it to the things we are building with.

We never build alone. We are guided, aided, and even tested by the world. This month, take time to consider where you are building your life and what role the impact of this environment has on how you can build well.

Many Blessings This Month Chickadee!
