Greetings Chickadee!
Welcome to April 2024 and a new blessing of energy from Spirit. As with all months, new energy is sent to us from Creation, designed to assist our personal and collective continuance in life. Promoting healing, growth, learning, manifestation, and anything else we are working on and towards.
This month’s channeling began with the keyword: King.
The concept of King is not new, but the origin of this King might be for you. This King, originates from Michael and was made widely known through the channeled work of Chelsea Quinn Yarbro in her 1979 book: Messages from Michael.
This spiritual being shared with us information pertaining to our soul. To expose us to the knowledge that not only does our soul have an age, but also different traits. Such as: age, role, personality, mode, need, and more.
The focus of a Michael Chart reading pertains to who our soul is, what our soul needs, and what lessons/settings our soul selected before this lifetime. This information can be utilized to increase our understanding of ourselves and others.
Realizing that we are not only at different soul ages (with different focuses) educates us about the uniqueness of people. We also learn that we must journey through each soul age upon birth to reach our present soul age. Which means that we learn to be patient with young soul manifestations. We learn how to better support ourselves and others.
That being said, going back to April 2024, we discover the essence and, in this situation, the lesson that comes from the role of King. Very much like the archetype of Emperor found within tarot, the presence of King within this month’s energy displays a focus and opportunity to look at life through a new lens. To consider…
– Our personal life, our home, our empire.
– The leaders we work with or under.
– The leaders of the world.
– Our understanding of what is truly a good leader within the eyes of Spirit.
“Here are some key characteristics associated with the king soul type in the Michael Teachings:

While we are not all inhabiting the role of King within this lifetime, we all have a life. This life we are living can be considered a home. But like all homes, whether it feels like a house, or a warm and loving home is based on what we choose, how we honor ourselves, what we build, and how well we inhabit the archetype of Emperor or that role of King.
The lesson of King has us consider what it means to be in-charge, to lead, to decide, to dictate to others and to also dictate our own life. How this month’s energy might manifest in your life is…
– Building a home.
Whether you’re younger or older, there comes a point in life when we set about designing a life for ourselves. In truth, we actually do this more than once. We begin in school by building a community within the larger student population. As we grow and continue with life, we build a little nest for ourselves once again. Through relationships, work environments, becoming a parent, or maybe a grandparent.
Even the act of moving shifts our central focus and where we orientate and anchor ourselves. Home is people, places, things, activities, focuses (learning/parenting), and values.
What area, place, or situation is new this month? How can you channel the King’s authority and determination to build a home for yourself?
– Maintenance – Doing what must be done.
Maybe your home, family, or work life remains the same. This might mean channeling more of the Emperor’s vibe of maintaining your empire.
What needs to be taken care of this month? What do you need? What do the people in your life need?
The King not only maintains his dominion, but he learns to find joy and fulfillment in his effort. April’s energy can teach you to do things not only out of need or obligation, but out of choice. To enjoy yourself.
– Including self-care into your home-style dynamic.
How often are we encouraged to roll up our sleeves and push on? How often are we told to, “grin and bear it”? How often during the course of the day do you ask yourself, “What do I need?” “How do I feel?”
As we build our life so many factors come into play. Others, ourselves, our needs and wants. But if we wish for a life we want to live, a life that is like home – we need to weave within our creation: ourselves.
Sometimes we must change the way things have been done to make room for ourselves. Our: body, mind, heart, spirit, and soul. Our wellbeing.
Not only for our own benefit, but because: happy people are the only ones with the excess energy to be benevolent. A King, a leader who is unhappy and wounded (without seeking healing) – they are punitive, destructive, and the world around them: collateral damage.
Happiness, healing, prosperity for ourselves and those around us can only begin to happen and be supported when we take care of ourselves. Love ourselves.
This means that maybe some changes will need to be made. To transform your life from something akin to a house, into a warm home.
Only those who do not have your best wellbeing at heart will have a problem with this.
You have a right to be happy.
– Building the next level.
Another possibility to the month, is a chance for moving onto the next level of life. This might mean, getting ready for a long-term relationship, building a family, building a community…. What more do you dream of?
The King teaches us to take our dreams in hand and pursue them. Dare to Dream!
– Recognition from leaders.
Lastly, as it pertains to others, this month you will see the potential for recognition from leaders. Maybe you’re due a pay raise or maybe credit for your hard work.
This month’s energy is of the spiritual force of King, meaning a healthy benevolent leader. Which puts power and support into the hands of the honorable and shines a glaringly bright light upon the dishonorable. The truth is what is real, and what must be used to build anything of substance and fulfillment.
The King teaches us how to take authority for our life. To build a life that feels like home.
Call upon your spirit guides, Mother Earth, and Spirit to assist you this month to help you build and maintain your home – no matter what stage you are at.
