Hello my darlings, I am wishing you guys a wonderful Christmas Day! Thank you for all of the engagement I have received throughout this Christmas countdown. I came up with the idea on the 1st and had no idea where our adventure would take us, which mythical beings we would meet and work with, and where in the world these articles would travel. You guys have helped to make this holiday season truly joyous and fun!
While our journey has led us to interact with many beings and discuss various fundamentals of life, I would like to leave you with one final Christmas message. This time, from me.
Love: The Heart-Centered Way
As a medicine woman, my work touches upon many things. But I organize my focus under the personal lifestyle I have designed, based upon a Heart-Centered ideology. How I understand love and more specifically how you are truly loved is what I would like to share with you. So that when I end this article and say that you are loved, you can understand and believe me when I say it.
Creation with Spirit & the Anahata:
I personally believe in Creation, a place where we all begin. The consciousness of the I AM Presence or source is – Spirit. At the center of it all is the heart, the love: the Anahata. From this love, we are born as souls, the realms, and planets like Mother Earth. Which means that we are not only born with love, have a heart, but that we are loved unconditionally right now.
Love:
In the English language we have this one word. But in reality there are many forms of love in life.
Love: To take something as a part of yourself.
Unconditional Love: There are no rules, demands, expectations, standards, or limitations. There is nothing you can say, do, think, have done, or will do strong enough to break this love.
I believe that you are loved unconditionally by Spirit. You are already enough. You are wanted, accepted, encouraged, supported, protected, guided, and embraced. Today, right now.
Love from Spirit:
How can we love something we don’t know? We begin love with understanding, this first step is establishing connection through intimacy.
Intimacy: “to see into, to feel into, to listen to, so as to fully understand something.” ~Teal Swan
When we talk about being loved by Creation, we are acknowledging being seen, understood, and known. That as members of Creation, we are being taken as a part of it ALL.
We then can choose to do the same. To not only open up to receive the love, but to develop a healthy relationship and love in return…
A Healthy Love:
As human beings we relate to life through relationships. With other people, ourselves (self-love), plants, animals, information/ideas, activities, etc… A strong relationship is warm and open. We acknowledge that “you belong with me.” This positive ownership places them within our hearts.
Next, through curiosity we establish intimacy. Coming to know those people, things, and even mythical beings or Spirit. Those whom we’ve placed within our hearts. Then to make this love healthy, we establish trust.
Trust: to rely on somebody to capitalize in your best interest.
When we take someone as a part of ourselves (love), placing them within our hearts – we can’t do damage to them without damaging ourselves. Therefore, a trusting relationship means that we aren’t just caring for our own needs, but part of our needs is that the other person/being is okay as well.
When we consider the love flowing from the heart of Creation, we see the consideration and plans for us as souls and for the evolution of Mother Earth and the humans here. That they are being crafted in our best interest. Therefore, the world isn’t meant to become a place of desolation or suffering.
However, when we don’t return this love to the world and ALL our relations, we acknowledge that throughout history we haven’t always taken others as a part of ourselves. We haven’t always capitalized upon their best interests. Since we co-create reality, we have co-created the world we live in today.
The power to open up to receive the love being sent our way, to work on returning the love to others and Creation itself….this ability to create a better world means we have reason to hope. Like the gift of Santa Claus, there is reason to be “immature” and believe. In what we have yet to witness, in what we can’t measure, in the magical and miraculous.
On this Christmas day, I want to gift you belief. To discover a reason to have hope and believe, like I do in Santa. To understand that you are loved unconditionally. That you are wanted, accepted, and embraced.
I know we are moving towards a new year filled with so much uncertainty, chaos, and potential concern. If that were all we had in store, there would be reason to worry. Yet, that isn’t the full picture. This world of polarity means that there is: love, hope, healing, connection, and joy to be had. You are not alone. There is a plan and when we consciously and actively engage in returning the love – we can discover the truly magical.
