Greetings Chickadee!
October is always a very special month, due to its energetic prophetic nature. Within numerology, we witness a cycle of energy (1-9); layered energy for the year, month, and day (both collective and personal). For example: 2026 = 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10 ……. 1 + 0 = 1.
The month of October is special because the month’s energy reflects what we will witness within the following year. We are in a collective Universal 9 Year. Energy which has themed our year 2025 with endings, transitions, and triggers towards movement. Whether that has been catastrophes or even growth/healing which necessitates change. No matter the origin, in either case we have witnessed this 9-energy throughout this year.
While the Universal Year energy remains a 9, October’s Universal Month energy is a 1. The energy we will witness will also unfold during the year 2026. Due to this, there is a ripple that gets sent out annually over the course of October. Not only will we witness foreshadowing of what is to come, but we also plant the seeds which will bear fruit over the next year.
As a result, October’s energy not only reflects this Universal 1 quality but also the personal energy for your personal coming year. For example, I am in a personal 4 Year energy, and will experience a 5-energy this month. What I choose to do this month will plant the seeds as to what will unfurl in the coming year. If ever you have desired to wish upon a star or say a specific prayer about what you dream of, this coming month is an opportunity to take action.
October’s 1 Energy:
Collectively, this month we will feel and witness potential and announced plans/dreams. A 1 energy is that new beginning/starting vibe. When you experience an epiphany, start to create a course of action, take that leap of faith, feel the flames of hope kindle within you. Sometimes these are private beginnings, fostered deep within, other times we witness the explanations and promises of others.
In its shadow (lower vibration) expression, the energy of 1, can be expressed through false promises, big build ups, advertisement which out-does the actual product/service, or dreams too big to be realistic. However, when we balance this potential with realistic perspective and hard work with collaboration….then we can truly build great things. Whether that is the grand designs of companies and governments or the smaller and important dreams of personal goals such as relationships, healing, and accomplishments.
This month we can expect to witness ad campaigns, propaganda, and teasers. Also, epiphanies, unveiled dreams, and movement. You can aid this month’s energy by owning the potential. What You Can Do Right Now: the Earth Star Chakra

Our Earth Star Chakra when asleep holds a vibration akin to dirt-brown. Yet, when we begin to reach out and tap into this energy center it awakens into a deep lava red vibration. Connecting us not only with Mother Earth but also our soul’s knowledge/relationship with Earth. As people integrated with Mother Earth, we are coming to an end in our crops, we are preparing for winter, and are turning our attention from the sowing of real seeds to the metaphorical seeds of our future. October is not only numerologically but astrologically a period of preparation for what is to come. How we feel this month foreshadows what’s coming.
