For Example-
Gemstones are used to influence our environment and ourselves. But why do they work? A crystal is composed of matter, and matter possess energy. The nature of the matter dictates what type of energy it possesses.
Since each stone is composed of its own variation of elements and minerals. It has its own unique energy and thus, its own unique influence. (Like specific DNA for each type of stone or crystal.)
Since we are made of matter, we have energy. This energy is then influenced by other energy, like that of a stone.
An Everyday Example-
Another example can be found in food. While we identify the nature of this energy in the form of nutrients and vitamins, or fats and sugars, it basically is specific forms or frequencies of energy.
When we eat a piece of food (energy taking shape into a specific mass), we feel replenished and refueled or sluggish and bloated. Our response depends on the quality of food we are eating (a low of high vibration of energy). Here we see the influence the energy of food has on our well-being.
The Visual Example-
In the Harry Potter series, The Prisoner of Azkaban, written by J.K. Rowling, “The Fat Lady” attempts to shatter the glass she is holding by singing. When she sings, she is sending out energy. This vibration impacts what it touches. For you or me, it impacts our ears, and we here sound. For the glass, it impacts the energy holding the glass together and disrupts it, causing the glass to break. Or so she tries.
Energy exists within us and all around us, even though we can’t see or sense all of it. The tools and techniques we use are built upon the foundation of energy. To utilize the interconnectedness we share to positively impact our health, quality of life, or even our knowledge.
